Notable: In 1975 the Yankees commemorated the 25th anniversary edition of the New York Yankees Yearbook by including a picture of each yearbook on the cover. Unfortunately, it was the 26th year of publication. Team officials failed to realize there was a 1950 Sketch Book, assuming 1951 was the inaugural edition.
